What counts as one document?
One uploaded PDF, whatever its number of pages. After paying you can change it and download it again at no extra cost while we keep the file (30 days after your last activity).
Do I need an account?
Not to try. To pay, you sign in with your email (no password): your credits and documents are kept in your account.
Why does my statement show Paddle?
Paddle sells on our behalf and handles tax in every country, so its name appears on your card statement and receipt.
Do credits expire?
No. Unused credits stay in your account until you use them, and can be refunded within 14 days of buying them.
