In short
Unused credits: full refund within 14 days. Our mistake: we give the credit back. Credits already used to download a document are not refundable.
Unused credits
You can ask for a refund of credits you haven't used within 14 days of buying them. For a pack of 5, each unused credit is refunded at €4.
When something goes wrong
If a document you downloaded has an error caused by Formamigo, such as an answer written in the wrong place or text missing from the file, contact us. We will fix it, give the credit back or refund it, as you prefer. This doesn't limit your legal rights for faulty digital content. Mistakes in the information you gave us are not covered, but you can fix them and download again at no cost while the document is kept.
Downloaded documents
When you download, you ask us to deliver the document immediately and agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies to that credit. That's why you can see the full preview for free before paying.
How to ask
Reply to your receipt email, or write to [to be added before launch] with your order number. Refunds are made by Paddle to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
