About the service
What does Formamigo do?
You upload a PDF form. The assistant reads it, explains each question in your language, asks you only for what is missing, and fills your answers into the form. You can also add a signature or a photo.
Is this legal advice?
No. We help you understand and fill in forms. We don't tell you which forms to submit or how to answer legal questions about your situation, and we are not connected to any government office.
Which forms work?
Fillable PDFs work best. Printed forms saved as PDF, with blank lines or boxes, work in most cases: the blanks are found automatically. Scans, photos of paper forms and dynamic Adobe forms (XFA) are not supported yet. Forms can have up to 20 pages and 10 MB.
Can it change the text of a document?
No. Formamigo only fills empty fields, ticks boxes and adds text or images you place. It never changes or removes text that is already in the document.
Can the assistant make mistakes?
Yes, like any AI. You see every page before you pay and download, and you can correct any answer in the chat or in the form view. You are responsible for checking the form before you submit it.
Languages
Which languages can I use?
The website is in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French and Ukrainian. In the chat you can write in almost any language, and your answers are written into the form in the form's language.
Are translations checked by a person?
No, the AI does them. You see the exact text before downloading, so check names, dates and numbers carefully.
Privacy and security
How long do you keep my documents?
Without an account, 7 days after upload. With an account, 30 days after your last activity on the document. You can delete a document sooner from your documents.
What does "memory" store?
Only if you turn it on: details you gave, such as your name and address, so the next form is faster. They are stored encrypted, and you can see, edit or delete each one in Saved details.
Who can see my data?
Only you. We use a few service providers (hosting, AI processing, email, payments), listed in our privacy policy. Nobody at Formamigo reads your documents unless you ask us for help with one.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Neither we nor our AI provider use your documents or answers to train models.
Payments
How much does it cost?
Filling and previewing is free. Downloading costs €5 per document, or €20 for 5 documents. VAT is included. Pricing
What if a downloaded document is wrong?
Check the preview before paying. If a document is wrong because of our mistake, contact us and we'll give the credit back. See the refund policy.
Do credits expire?
No. Unused credits stay in your account.
